Rise and Run (virtual) Club

I have a love hate relationship with running.

I’ve completed a few 5k’s, a 10 mile race and a Sprint Triathlon and after each one I fall out of the rhythm of running.  I never fully properly train because finding time to run is nearly impossible for me.  I also know there is a HUGE number of people who are in the same boat.

Which is why I was inspired by my boyfriend to create this virtual running club.  Rise and Run Club is for anyone who is committed to running first thing in the morning before the rest of the day begins.  It’s the only time that fits most people’s schedules but it is also the hardest time to motivate yourself to run.  SO let’s motivate each other!

**Don’t run?  No worries.  You can Jog, Walk, Crawl or Skip. We don’t judge!
