Ahhh the glorious Green Juice. Whether you like the color or not, you cannot deny it’s powerful benefits. Here is a super easy recipe for any green juice newbie! I use this recipe almost every morning, and it never fails me.
What you’ll need:
1 cup liquid of choice (water, coconut water, hemp/almond/oat milk)
2 Handful’s of kale (de-stemmed)
1 scoop of vegan/plant based protein powder
4 strawberries (or fruit of choice)
1/2 frozen banana
Ice, Ice baby (sorry)…
Fancy, schmancy glass
Blend, and receive.
