5 Reasons Why You Should Add Smoothies Into Your Diet

Smoothies. Kale. Spinach. Chia Seeds. Flax Seed.  It’s literally all the rage in the wellness/yoga world.  Is it all hype or is there any benefit to it at all?

1. On the go.  Smoothies are the perfect breakfast for the on-the-go lifestyle.  Easy to make, they literally take less than 6 minutes and you can even make them up to 24 hours in advance!

2.) Hide the greens.  A lot of people do not like the taste of spinach, kale or dark leafy greens.  In smoothies, you hardly taste it!

3.) Filled with fiber.  Need I say more?

4.) the GLOW:  Your skin will start to glow!  Acne and redness will reduce and your natural born skin with shine with glory.

5.) Start the day right:  When you start your day eating healthy, chances are you will spend the rest of your day eating healthy.  You will crave less sugar, carbs and bad fats!

Smoothies can be powerful nutrient dense energy boosters OR they can be sugar filled, over indulgent sweet bombs (and not the good kind).

It really all comes down to what you put in it.

I am hosting a FREE 7 day Smoothie Challenge starting September 23rd.  If you want to learn how to build the perfect, power house smoothie then you need this challenge.

I will send you 7 smoothie recipes and all you will have to do is swap your normal breakfast for a smoothie.  If you are afraid a smoothie won’t be enough to hold you over until lunch, don’t worry, we will cover that!

  1. I would like to join your 7 day smoothie challenge. I liked the one we talked about a couple weeks ago. I’m excited to switch up my breakfast. Talk to you soon.
