5 Yoga Poses for the Desk Bound

8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, I’m sitting.  That doesn’t include my 1+ hour commute each way to work.  My hips, traps, back and shoulders scream at me when 5:30 rolls around. These 5 poses are perfect for the pre or post 8 hour days of sitting.  Your body will sigh with relief.
