I’m going to make this really short and sweet.

It’s December and we will soon be coming out of that holiday craze of shopping, cookies, stress and maybe one too many glasses of wine (is there such a thing!)

Allow me to introduce you to Lifted in 20; a free fitness challenge.  To be clear, this is not your typical ‘lose weight fast’ sort of thing.  This is a combination of yoga, fitness and mindset exercises that total to about 20 minutes a day, 5 times a week, for the month of January.  That’s four 20 minute fitness days and one 20 minute yoga day.

20 minutes, 5 times a week, for 4 weeks.

That’s doable.

That’s Lifted in 20.

Bonus, this is a community challenge. You’ll check-in after each day via an Instagram hashtag.  This will help keep you accountable and on track. It’s so inspiring to see everyone committed!

This is for beginners who are ready to get started on their fitness journey or experienced people looking to add an extra kick to their existing workouts.

How does it work: You’ll be emailed a set of exercises to follow 5 times a week, as well as a link to a 20 minute yoga video to follow.  You track your progress and share your commitment via the instagram hashtag.

What do I need: You’ll need a set of light kettlebells (both the same weight), and a heavier kettlebell.  You can sub kettlebells for dumbbells, just make sure you have two lighter ones at the same weight and one heavier one.
