I’m going to make this really short and sweet.

It’s December and we will soon be coming out of that holiday craze of shopping, cookies, stress and maybe one too many glasses of wine (is there such a thing?!)

Allow me to introduce you to Lifted in 20; a free fitness challenge.  To be clear, this is not your typical ‘lose weight fast’ sort of thing.  This is a combination of yoga, strength and mindset exercises that total to about 20 minutes a day, 5 times a week, for the month of January.  That’s four 20 minute fitness days and one 20 minute yoga day.

20 minutes, 5 times a week, for 4 weeks.

That’s doable.

That’s Lifted in 20.

Bonus, this is a community challenge. You’ll check-in after each day via an Instagram hashtag (#LiftedIn20).  This will help keep you accountable and on track.

This program for beginners who are ready to get started on their fitness journey or experienced people looking to add an extra kick to their existing workouts.

How does it work: You’ll be emailed the training program to follow 5 days a week.  You will track your progress and share your commitment via the instagram hashtag.

What do I need: You’ll need a set of light and heavy dumbells and a heavier kettlebell.  You can sub kettlebells for dumbbells (or vice versa), just make sure you have two lighter ones at the same weight and two heavier ones at the same weight.

How much does it cost:  It’s completely free!

When does it start:  It officially starts on 1/1/2020, but feel free to start whenever you want!
