Protein Crepes

So, I had made this really cool step by step video on how to make these and then my phone decided to tell me I needed an update and I accidentally clicked yes in the middle of making these crepes and lost my video.  Either way, they are amazingly easy to make so no video needed!

Ingredients:

  • 3 Egg whites (or roughly 1/2 a cup)
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Local Honey
  • Filling of choice

Combine egg whites, protein powder and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well.  Place a small pan on the stove at Medium heat and pour about 1/3 of the mixture in the center of your pan.  Then swirl the pan around in circles until the batter fills the whole bottom.  It should be pretty thin.  These cook quickly so as soon as it is slightly brown on the bottom, flip over to cook the other side.

Fill with your fruits of choice, I did banana and strawberry.  Then drizzle with some local honey.
