This program is a 3 day per week, 6 week training plan to help you build the strength you need for your
yoga practice.

Who is this program for:

  • Anyone looking to improve their strength for yoga
  • You want to prepare for an intense workshop, yoga teacher training or your that transition from beginner to intermediate level classes.
  • Your focus is yoga, not lifting, so you want your strength program to be quick yet effective

This program is not for you if:

  • You can easily flow through a vigorous vinyasa class or workshop with ease
  • Your focus is currently more around lifting and less around yoga
